A network that is similar to the human internet. The big difference is it originates in the brains of all felines large and small throughout the universe and operates with almost zero lag no matter what the distance. The cat thinks who they want any combination of speech and images to go to and that’s where it goes. This could be anywhere from one cat to any size group. The closest humans might have is text messaging from a cell phone or instant-messaging such as GoogleTalk, group chat platforms, or a product such as Zoom.
In the cat stories, it is used to communicate across short distances such as across a room while others use it to communicate with their ship on the dark side of the moon, such as Jules Verne talking with the Supreme Commander. We have no idea if this exists in felines but the author uses it as a story tool. We do know they have ways to communicate other than their voice though.
